A custom grazing business in Alberta where they regeneratively manage approximately 2500 acres of leased land and run about 1,100 head of cattle each year. The mission statement of Greener Pastures is “Economic and Environmental Sustainability for Generations."
Steve believes it is important to provide an enjoyable, profitable and sustainable business for future generations. It is also a priority to maintain healthy soils and to build biodiversity in order to ensure that our agricultural businesses remain profitable and sustainable. Our passion for the land and the animals has also led to us teaching about regenerative agriculture all over the planet.
Steve has been writing articles in The Stockman Grass Farmer, the Canadian Cattlemen for almost 2 decades and teaches schools and seminars all over the world. Steve is passionate to share his knowledge and his mistakes to help other farmers enhance their current farm businesses.
There are two event locations and free opportunities to hear from Steve: (lunch will be provided at both)
